Shipping policy

Processing Time on all handmade orders~ Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing typically takes 7-14 Business days, but may be longer during holidays and high-volume seasons. Any custom-made items will ship according to the timeline on the product page.  

Shipping Methods ~ We ship through USPS and UPS.  Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. 

Local Pickup/ Delivery ~ Local Customers in the Alliance and immediately surrounding areas can select Local Pickup at checkout. Pickup/Delivery instructions will be sent after your order is ready. 

Delivery Issues ~ Once a package is handed to the carrier, The Cozy Acre is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit.  If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly.
